CEO. Dr. Matthew Illsley, PhD in biomaterials and stem cell biology – 20+ years research experience.
In the main his research projects have focused on the development of new polymeric and composite materials and transferring technologies to industry. Matt also has experience working for UKRI as a Programme Manager, managing the flagship research fund for the NC3Rs.
CTO. Prof Sergey Mikhalovsky, PhD in Chemistry – 30+ years of research experience.
Formerly head of the University of Brighton Biomaterials and Medical Devices research group for more than 10 years. He has outstanding experience in managing large national and international research projects, with total funding in excess of £10 mln. ORCID profile
In combination the pair have extensive knowledge in the development, testing and characterisation of biomaterials, nanostructured composites, water treatment and environmental remediation. ORCID profile
